Customer Service Representative

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 a year

Position Summary

Join our team and help us deliver market leading smart home solutions to the Calgary area. We work with premium brands and focus on quality, reliability and ease of use.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide the main customer service point of contact to our new and existing smart home customers (homebuilders and homeowners). A successful CSR will perform tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, demonstrate professional and effective communication and act proactively.

Duties

  • Multitask, problem solve, manage multiple timelines and work across functions on occasion.

  • Answer client requests through an internal ticketing system in a timely manner

  • Assist with monthly client billing and account updates, including declined credit cards

  • Assist with budget changes

  • Management of client contact information

Prerequisites

  • A minimum of 1-3 years in customer service-related field

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Outgoing personality with a clear understanding of customer service

  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

  • Ability to work well with others while maintaining degree of autonomy

  • Desire to deliver first-rate customer service skills

  • Technical Communication is a plus

  • Knowledge of AV Industry is a plus

  • Experience in Word and Excel

Education

  • High School or equivalent (Required)
