Customer Service Representative
Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 a year

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide the main customer service point of contact to our new and existing smart home customers (homebuilders and homeowners). A successful CSR will perform tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, demonstrate professional and effective communication and act proactively.
Multitask, problem solve, manage multiple timelines and work across functions on occasion.
Answer client requests through an internal ticketing system in a timely manner
Assist with monthly client billing and account updates, including declined credit cards
Assist with budget changes
Management of client contact information
A minimum of 1-3 years in customer service-related field
Excellent written and communication skills
Outgoing personality with a clear understanding of customer service
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Ability to work well with others while maintaining degree of autonomy
Desire to deliver first-rate customer service skills
Motivated and self-reliant
Detail-oriented: Organization & Planning
Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
Technical Communication is a plus
Knowledge of AV Industry is a plus
Experience in Word and Excel
High School or equivalent (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
